Both books must be returned to check out additional books

Second Grade
|
Two books per week. First choice must be "green line", an easy reader book with limited vocabulary written at beginning
reading levels. Second choice can be either another "green line", a picture book, a non-fiction book, or a magazine.

Third Grade
|
Two books per week. First choice is a "purple line", a chapter book written at the second a third reading levels.
Second choice is another chapter book, a picture book, a non-fiction book, or magazine.

Fourth and Fifth Grades
|
Three books per week. First book must be an AR book in their level, the second must be a fiction book, and the third can
be anything of their choice.

May check out the number of items they return

Kindergarten-third:
Students must return all their books or magazines before they are allowed to checkout new books.
Fourth-fifth:
Students may checkout the number of items they return. For, example if they forget one item they are still allowed to
checkout two new items.

For all grades: Students will be asked to have their parent/guardian call or send a note stating that the material(s) have
been searched for and cannot be found.
Students who lose or damage an item(s) will be expected to pay for a replacement.
